She will return as a full series regular in season 6.

That being said, this was a production error because she is removed in the recap videos.

@CTUBauerUK I'm not sure it's possible to hyperlink to COMMON SENSE! You see a little blob of a person with no distinguishable characteristics other than blonde hair, and you automatically assume that it's Claire, rather than a simple Cameraperson or other crew member. In a season Emilie wasn't involved in, no less.

Here's a fun thing to try. Count how many production errors people have used as the basis of theories in Lost. Then count how many were right.

Can't exactly remember where, but they did say it was an error, there is a new season 6 promo coming out on Sunday with new footage though
