Moving each joint thorough its available Range of Motion without going into a tightness or position of stress. This allows your muscles to warm up as well as a lubing of your joints prior to placing stress though sport or activity. It will actually help make you more stable and strong as it wakes up your system comfortably.
I do something similar to this, and I find it energizing, limbering, stimulating, and fun, an excellent preparation for intense workouts and a sort of workout unto itself.

I am a client of Achieve Peaks and as simple as this warm up sounds it works. It amazed me how much more stable and flexible I am compared to stretching
