This arrangement is so beautiful, who is it composed or arranged by? You got some excellent voices there so you can do a lot with them dynamically. Job well done! Another thing that helps is an intimate connection with the text. The text is a belief, so you can use "This Little Light of mine" as word painting...think of the constant light or the behaviour of light and bring that texture through the voices.

I love unison arrangements! Especially with a choir of this level (haha even though it's a conducting class).

What does that mean? "Body language" it was an undergraduate course early in the morning... and I was nervous as hell... first time conducting in front of one of the best collegiate conductors. Don't hate! :)

Your beat is in some cases UNCLEAR. I agree with MaestroVNG...also your wrist is intense...it is impossible to conduct like this...WORK,WORK,WORK!!
