@MetusModus Both young and old Jen knew they were the same person. Only old Biff knew that he was young Biff. Maybe the space time continuum problem happens when both individuals are aware that they are each other, but I don’t think that was really explained in the movies. Oh and remember:
Marty tells Lorraine "Friends call me Marty." So she thinks it’s his middle name

@Swilow Through to night time? Again why do Biff and old Biff not effect the Space time continuum? Jennifer and old Jennifer pass out but nothing to Biff and Old Biff. No one seems to mind these errors though. Oh well still love all 3.Can anyone answer why when Lea Thompson visits Marty at Doc Browns lab in BTTF1 she calls him Marty instead of Calvin?

@Swilow No she was scheduled to meet him at the Train station. The plot in itself IS sound. But there are LOADS of inconsistances. eg the weather, BTTF 1 after the lightning strike at 22:04 no wind, no rain no thunder. Strange. Also after Marty drives into the farm 1955 one minute it's dark then few minutes later it's daylight! Also you never see Doc eat a thing never ate in 3 films! Also in BTTF 2 Marty spends antire DAY in Biffs garage? He was in there very early in the morning right .....
