I have been at the hospital. Like most Aga Khan Hospitals, most of the patient are local poor people. What is wrong to have nice buidings and good quality services for people? Is that elitist. This is a small foundation that helps a lot of people. To call it elitist because they don't provide services to the entire country is a joke.
