That's not a Kensington cable. Kensingtons have kevlar and stuff to make them very hard to cut.

The sad thing is that it is, in fact, too easy. If they made the cable a little bit thicker, it would make it a lot harder to cut with a small tool. Why do people buy these when they are so expensive and provide so little real security?
