Located at the southern part of the South Island of New Zealand is Kaka Point. One of the finest, easy access beaches in the world.
Over 1 hour at the beach, this film was made.
All filmed using a Casio EX FH-100 at 420 Frames Per Second (High Speed).
Every detail appears so much slower, about 14 times slower than real life.
There's no trick photography here.
The camera, however, is limited. Resolution drops significantly at these frame rates. Try this movie in 'Full Screen' to get the limitations.
As far as ease of use - it's very easy. Though, for still photography it would be helpful to have some DSLR experience as there's plenty of user experience required. Just a simple point and shoot, this is not!
