I like what you said about inspiring kids to ride out the bad teachers. It is hard to think that no matter how well we teach we are only a small part of each kid's whole education.

I really like how you mentioned changing perceptions of school itself. As someone who's completely enjoyed learning throughout life, it is really inspiring to hear more people with that same mentality.
