Sorry for the late reply, i've began to take to Vimeo as Youtube tends to cut the last second or so off my videos. Anyway, it's up with the motion blur on. thank you again for the advice, let me know what you think.

Thank you for the advice, i've turned on the motion blur and it's made such an improvement, and i'll be giving those animation presets a go :D

..by blur I meant motion blur

you need to turn blur on in after effects and make sure your comp and your render setings are set at 25 fps.

Also are you aware there are tonnes of type animation presets you can play with? save you the effort
