@brooklyn1311 dieting is not the same as eathing healthy, dieting implies not eating certain styff, or barely eating to get to a certain weight, as healthy eating in eating a bit of everything and not restraining yourself dfrom eating what u want and like, but in the right mesure, and i think thats what she meant

Dieting is not the worse thing a mother can do in front of their daughters. Eating healthy and making sure you stay at a reasonable weight will encourage them to live a healthy lifestyle when they grow up.
