Hurricane Irene during and aftermath in Hyde park, Poughkeepsie, Marlboro, Highland and Newburgh NY. First time making a photo slide video so i apologize the music ran out shorter than expected :( We live right off 9g in Hyde Park and we had flooding from uphill of us, the pond in our complex, the Fallkill creek and the tiny stream under North park Elementary school..lots of water. We got lucky but others had water almost 6 ft deep. Very thankful. This storm was not a joke and it will take some people months to clean up and just to be able to live in their homes again. The picture of the storm coming in was off a website of Irene coming into NC. The one's from Hyde Park and Poughkeepsie were all taken by me and my husband. Enjoy and say a prayer for those who got flooded :(
