@superminijd yes you can. should you? mabey. I did and nothing happened. I changed them to another cage though because I didnt want them to eat babies.

@superminijd NO! Read any lovebird book and it will say how unloving they are to other species. This video is unusual to my knowledge and experience. My budgie lost a toe to a love bird by climbing on the outside of the lovebird's cage. I'm lucky it didn't bleed to death b/c the budgie's cage looked like the Manson massacre after the bite. Budgies and cockatiels are fine, though.

I have a grey wing budgie that is bonded to my black masked lovebird. She (female budgie) preens HIS head but is she every bossy with him. She is getting ready to lay an egg (yes i know it will not be fertile and that they are different species but they are the bestest friends) It is good to see someone else has birds like mine.
