The follow-up single for Russell Morris after 'The Real Thing' made number one in Australia in 1969 was the double A side single 'Part 3 Into Paper Walls / The Girl That I Love'.

It spent 3 weeks at number one after knocking off The Rolling Stones 'Honky Tonk Women' from the number one spot after it spent 5 weeks there.

I have already uploaded half of 'Part 3 Into Paper Walls', so here is the 'other A' side.

  • Relax dude. It just happened to be around the same time as Honky Tonk Women. I like it, it was popular enough to make number one in Oz and if you don't like it, don't listen to it.

  • Just beautiful - memories of my best friend and I imaginining Russell Morris visiting our little country town and discovering us! We were 14! I know what she has been through and the same with myself and family.... awful stuff - but here is this song from when we were so young..thanks Russell

  • He has such a kind voice. He is so welcoming to listen to. :)

Hi I agree with your comments here.

  • The biggest problem for Russell Morris was that he was born in Australia. If he had started in the USA he would be even more famous and a lot wealthier too.

  • they just dint make music like this anymore

todays music is mostly by produced people with produced music. Keep in mind that they could make a brown dog sing today if they wanted. Most of todays singers are not reallly tallented eg Britney(the mimer) Spears. And all that hip hop rap crap just is all the same where's the melody?

  • This is so nice! So romantic!
