  • Hey I've just done this myself, but I was wondering would you know how to do this with images on the cubes instead of colours?

  • @GazAnders69 Are you using 3ds Max or Maya? If it's with 3ds I would apply the texture to a 9 segmented square and then detach all of the segments into their own objects. I imagine this would be similar in Maya. If you want a video showing you how to do that let me know.

    i did it in maya but the program just gets to heavy i couldnt move the peace's together so i had to combine it each time move then seperate.????????

  • @seenaimamwerdi I used a link constraint controller in 3ds max. I don't if there is something similar to this in Maya. You might get much more desirable results by changing your transformation node into quaterion.
