Lol! mr. Holbert has that camera angle places as such, that it gives the appearance on TO, that he's departing at "jet speed" or something! so odd..... yet we know that bellanca couldn't be doing more than 90 or so, thru the first 100 ft. climb. look at the ground and relative Structures as he's just rotating and climbing. you'd swear he's in a Business Jet by the way everything is "Slipping past". great vids.

Thanks for the cool video… I need to fly out to Catalina and work on my radio station which is in that old hanger… I plan on renting a Piper Warrior… BTW the buffalo burgers are excellent too

Wow, that was a smooth landing. I took this trip with my uncle who piloted the small two seater Cesna back say 25 yrs ago and the runway didn't look like this; I see they paved it...seems like a nice deal. Love the video! Thanks so much for posting it; it's bringing back fond memories.

Fantastic video. Question: how do you mount and stabilize the camera in the plane? having a pax holding the camera hasn't worked out nearly so well for me. Thx.
