I still enjoyed the game, however excrutiating the dialogue and voice acting was and how repetitive the missions were. The story was fun, at the very least.

Yeah, how dare they not like a game you like. It's impossible for someone to have a different opinion than you, so they must not have even played it.

It seems like all X-Play reviewers do now a days is go onto youtube, watch a few playthru vids, go on a forum and steal some posts then use those sources as their review points. Seriously - do ANY of them even bother playing thru a game before reviewing - I figure that's a minimal for a game reviewer, to actually playthru a game. It's obvious from how this reviewer stated his review that he probably didn't even play through the first hour or so of the game.

i agree with pretty much everything they said except on the storyline. The gameplay isn't amazing and replacing the original limit break system with the DMW was a horrible idea. Ultimately, Zack deserved a way better game.

@Saigan1511 its true they worship uzzle games like zelda yet hate final fantasy nd kingdom hearts there just spoiled rich idiots dont get me wrong i like zelda but not that much cuz it gets annoying sometimes nd im not a physco fan i just think that xplay has the worst taste in video games

@MABeezy009 I think it's because they really aren't looking at the game for what it is. A reviewers job is to look not only for the flaws, but also for the good things as well. What they did here is just point the flaws out. Yes, I'm a HUGE fan of this game, and yes it does have flaws, However, most of the flaws are covered up by the good things. Also, the word of a reviewer isn't written in sotne, but it is what most people go by these days.

Of course fanboys are going to be biased and overlook a game's flaws. What's even worse is how fanboys let someone else's OPINION get them all bent outta shape as if what a reviewer says is written in stone.

This review is horrendous, the guy in the video is damn annoying too, sounds like he still lives in his parents basement. Stick to World of Warcraft.

Anyone seem to notice that X Play reviewers aren't hardcore Final Fantasy fans, so that doesn't mean that they're idiots. Final Fantasy VII fans seem to believe that anything similiar to it is a masterpiece despite it having flaws.They aren't unskilled, they just base reviews on what they think, not what psycho fans believe.

If I were the reviewer, I'd give the game AT LEAST 4/5. Maybe X-Play have no taste in games.

so all beat em ups,acttion adventure,fighting games,etc suck cuz they don't force the player NOT to button mash? also every mini game party game must also suck cuz they always has a game based on button mashing. im not asking for much here i think out 5 it only ranks a 3 or 4(imo), but it's pure FACT that not only does x-play suck at reviews(mostly they'll just repeat a joke rather then review) they have a hate on for anything remotly anime and japanese based(outside of nintendo).

honestly im a biiiiig ff7 fan and got a psp just for this game, but i found the gameplay BORING and the slot machine thing just awful, unskippable cutscenes BLAH, the music dissapointing and bland and so on. 2.5/5 for me. awesome ending though.

I loved this game, but the gameplay was kinda bad so It deserved a 4/5 at most.

OMG are u freaking insane , one of the best psp games i have ever played and i've played every good psp game you could think of , from Peace Walker to Dante's Inferno. I_I_ltf! and thanks FF7(uploader) for posting this so i can flame G4.

In this game the hard mode is pretty hard because I played this game in HARD mode after I beat the normal mode and I didn't have all accessories and my levels wasnt a 99.Plus the mission are so good and long the last boss Minerva she is hard to beat.I don't care what ppl said, I LOVE THIS GAME and very disappointing in X-Play.

hmm, didn't care for this game. brother flipped it and i want to try it out but i didnt think the gameplay value kept me going despite its graphics and its square enix stamped approval...but i think it should have deserved at least a 3....
