WATCH IN HD! My band Northern Departure was having band practice that day and we decided to go have it at the Edmonds beach. While we were playing, a BNSF stack train came by. It had quite the consist of engines on it including an old Conrail engine. Once the train passed... the music started back up. Hope you enjoy the music and the beautiful sights of the Edmonds beach.

  • Nicely done! You seemed to have caught a whole lot of everything in this video; BNSF, ferry docking, great music, and scenery.

    Well Done!

  • Thank you :)

  • Nice!! I have to say bluegrass & trains really work good together. A nice crew on that Stacktrain & I guess both of the NS units with the Conrail unit being one of them are headed back to Chicago.

  • This was actually an inbound train from Chicago. It was quite a surprise to see the conrail loco.

  • Great video. Bluegrass music is one of my favorite types. It definitely has a great sound to it, as well as railroad references.
