the exhaust is very nice but that launch made the car look so weak

@GMurphSC06GT Good call. I am so with you on the looks of the new Mustang Gaaaaaaah. It's like they changed it just for the sake of changing it. It certainly doesn't look better-it sucks. The only new Mustang that even look remotely good is the GT-500. That's why I own a 2010 Camaro.

LOL now look at the list to the right and click "2010 Camaro Launch". That makes this sound like a Yugo.

Buy a used GT like I did an 06 with 3,000 miles, for $18,200,I put $8,700 into it with a supercharger ,headers ,exhaust, and cams, and I got me a power pony with 578 HP for "WAY" less then a new GT and a Shelby GT500.And better looking,I hate the new body style, especially the cheap ass plastic on the bottom sides and back,so weak looking. and the tailightgs too.05-09 are best body style.

are those full kit from the headers to the tip? are the catalytic converters high flow cats? or do they meet standard OEM spec? what about the O2 sensors those still OEM spec or aftermarket?
sounds good (no popping and spiting) ,i like the sound and it flows good ,what kind of mufflers ?

@BDHURTZ We used our chambered muffler for this car. We build them in house and they are engineered for the specific car. We recently posted some pictures of how we build the mufflers on our flickr page. Youtube doesn't allow links but if you go to our website or to flickr and search Stainless Works Muffler you will find it.

whats the diffrence between a y-pipe or a x-pipe, i want to change out the y-pipe on my ram to a x pipe
amermuscle 2 years ago
Y-pipes are used to merge two pipes into one or split one pipe into two. They are usually found when two manifolds are merging into one single exhaust. An X-Pipe is only used in the middle of a true dual exhaust system. Therefore the two usually are not interchangeable, except in rare circumstances.
