@Starshina89 Are you sure? The six basic arm locks each have a counter hold and the counters have counter techniques as well. Ju Jitsu is a martial art that was developed by well trained heavy infantry in battle - in clashes between equally skilled and disciplined combatants.
@Cyclopsunglass why not? imagine u are in the army in iraq and attacked by an angry arab, then it would sound like a good idea to break arms or legs.

I never was in a real fight. Most people who practice martial arts will never be in a real fight. And in the meantime, ju jutsu is sport in first place, so it should follow some "basic rules".
