Hi im Zack Wardwell. i take Campbells ATA in Bucksport Maine. i was wonder ing if he knew John Murray. He is a 4th degree black belt. i am a Brown Belt and i am perfect at foot sweeps, front flips, butterfly kicks and a ton of other stuff like that. Mr. Murray taught me kick ups just recently.

@FlashKick00 I felt something go wrong after my cork maybe slight tear.. i knew it was hurt just didn't know how bad so i kept going, after the jump front i think it fully teared.

I've got Acl tear from cork 3 months ago...but my posterior was injured to :(

This happened to me about 3 weeks ago,over rotated a hypertwist. Tore my acl and my lateral miniscus T_T surgery is tomorrow. I just hope I can trick again lol first injury had to be a major one.. -.-
