Can someone please help me solve this problem I am having with my webcam? It was videoing just fine, the all of a sudden the video was choppy and the visual was behind the audio, it did not match. I telephoned Logitech support who had me delete the software and download from their website version 11.5. That worked fine, then the other day the trouble happened again. Once again I deleted the software and downloaded from the Internet. However this time the fix did not work. I telephoned there support again, however this time they were unable to help. Can you help me solve this problem? Thanks.

  • i have the exact same problem and on top of that the built in mic wont work either some one help msg asap thanks !

  • I figured out the problem. First do not use the software updates that are downloaded from their website. Only use the software from the CD. Then in the gears settings, the one with the microphone: make sure the box is unchecked for "Suppress Background Noise." That worked for me.

  • I have the same problem with the same camera. Looking for a fix myself. I'll let you know if I have luck. I've got a feeling that there is some sort of communication problem with the video card drivers. I have nvidia. We'll see.

  • Thanks. I found the fix. In the Webcam settings, make sure the "low light boost" box is NOT checked.

Also only use the software that came with the webcam, do not use the updates from the web.

  • Go to settings and turn low light boost off.

  • Thank you, it worked.

  • I have the webcam and the problem is that you have the RightLight technology on, if you turn the automatic lighting off, the webcam is perfect speed, and mine works fine.

  • can someone please help me too? i have a problem with the same camera in win 7 64 bit. the software does not recognise it at all. does anyone know a driver version that vorks with this camera in win 7? Please help!!!

  • I figured it out, I used to have the same problem. but if you move the wheel on the side of your webcam it makes it blurry or not blurry so keep moving it and watching yourself on the computer until its just right

  • Will I be able to use this cam on win 7?

  • @at2022t first of all it's not a hd webcam and the mic is not working because you need to try togo into the change settings area and chek your mic setting and if that dosent work see the corner of the box at the bottom when your fillming if the mic is xed out then press it and it shoud show a regular mic theextremebros1 chek us out

  • I was having the same problem too. This was the perfect fix. Thanks!! Now mine is working fine.

  • Yes, it works fine with Windows Vista, I have Windows Vista Home Premium and the webcam works fine.
