How to make scream-like sounds in Native Instruments Massive

Watch in 720p and full screen so you can actually see what I'm doing

You need a DAW (obviously), NI Massive and a bitcrusher/downsampler.

Bitcrusher: http://freemusicsoftware.org/722

1. Open Massive and assign it a free mixer track
2. On the mixer window, open your bitcrusher on the track you just created
3. On Massive turn on all 3 osc's and set them to Carbon, drop them 2 octaves and detune 2 of them slightly (detuning isn't necessary but adds to the effect)
4. Assign LFO 5 to filter 1 cutoff, set the filter to Scream and play around with the cutoff etc
5. Adjust LFO rate, mess around with downsampling on the bitcrusher till you get that scream sound.

@b00y4kk4 Yeah, it doesnt sound that great though and it doesn't allow you to control downsampling etc. Besides, the one I'm using is free. Thanks anyway ;)

@bboyTaz92 i u r using fruity.. maybe this is an abvious answer, make sure that masive and bit crusher are on the same mixer channel.. pretty mch just follow the tutorial maybe you missed something
