The most dramatic cup of tea, ever.
My Chai Spice is a personal blend of Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cardamom, Cracked Ginger, Course Black Pepper, and Cloves. About 50% of the blend is Cinnamon... you are free to play around with the ratio of the others to come up with your personal blend.
For a Vanilla Chai, add a drop of Vanilla extract to your cup... For a Coconut Chai, add a tablespoon of toasted coconut to the tea in the filter.
You could sub out the milk for half and half or full on cream for extra body, but I find just plain whole milk to be just fine... fewer calories too. And with this method, you aren't having to stand over a saucepan for a year making sure not to scald the milk.
