Yeah, I went to read up on octupus' just because of the comments posted on here. This is fucked up. Take this down.

Anyone who's ever own an octopus (which I have) could tell you this is a clear act of stress. It's comparable to how you see unhappy zoo animals will pace back and fourth in their own areas.
I can't judge the sizes very well from this video, but I can GUARANTEE your tank is too small and your lack of hiding areas and live rock for bio filtering is inadequate.

Are they really so smart they can break out of your aquarium?
-
you need more live rock for it to hide..
It'll sress if you don't :)

i think its the "sick" as in good.
e.g "thats one sick tank" i could be wrong though.
It is indeed a fasinating creature.

me parece penoso tener esta especie en un acuario
he is NOT playing.. he is bored as hell and stir crazy.. This is cruel.. get a bigger tank and add more nooks and crannies and toys. They need their minds stimulated. better yet, give the poor thing to an aquarioum or someone who can properly put him back into the wild.

its BORED, they go crazy the way parrots go crazy if you just have them locked up in solitary confinment, its not enough to just feed them often you have to stimulate them A LOT. look at the tank set up, you obviously dont know SHIT about cephalopods that's borderline animal abuse
