Ahhhh to be 17 again what a wonderful time The Damned were punk. I saw them 16 times and they were amazing. When Marc Bolan died they were in Birmingham and did a punki version of Get It on. Would love one day to see that.......Great band

So many decades later, this song is standing the test, and still a personal favourite of mine. Neat.

After listening to the Damned since 1985 I just never ever tire of listening to this track. Wonderful video editing btw. Brian James is the most criminally ignored guitarist ever !!! This solo is soooooo energetic. My all time favourite guitarist.No one could match him for energy and his nihalistic approach. It was that unque tone he got too !

These guys were punk royalty. The Pistols, the Clash and the Damned, all giants of the time. Out of the three of them the Pistols were the most disappointing live, the Clash were always an event but serious with it, the Damned were Fun and by far the best gigs out of the three in my opinion. You could really let rip at a Damned gig.
