@SupaNightBlazer Because Zero is just one of those characters. He fights for what he beleives is right, but is not a hero. He is like the Black Power Ranger, Shadow the Hedgehog, and Batman. These mysterious characters put a major dent in the undying force called evil, and yet are separated from the society of good. These characters mean something, to everyone. Their deaths signify dramatic change, and leave an impact, unlike that of a hero. These characters are meant to be, in the end, martyrs.

He got the punishment he deserved, but he's such a selfish prick he wanted to get them to pay. Weil has been a heartless monster since the beginning, and that's why he was condemned to a fate worse than death. Besides, even he thinks he is the Devil
