In the basement of the Shark club gladiator fights to the death start taking place, and the new Bishop fails to have Frank jr. killed there many times.

too bad there isnt a diplomatic solution where frank retreats with you, but in his stupidity doesnt realize that he has an explosive charge in his brain, put there during the experiments as a fail safe in case he went berserk and was close to killing someone important or disobeying direct orders, which kills him as soon as he lands back in san francisco, or is removed by the chosen one (doc req) after reading about it in a terminal (sci req), in which case he dies 3 weeks after leaving...
