I like this game because it is actually relevant to the instrument it is simulating. You can't dance just because you are good at dance dance revolution, and you definitely can't play guitar just because you are good at guitar hero. I'm pretty sure this is exactly how you would play a real drum set.

there are console versions of GF/DM available, including home kits. the home DM drum peripheral is terrible, though.

GF/DM's charts are a lot easier to read at an advanced level (I play both DM and RB quite frequently and much prefer DM's charting).

i don't think anyone is claiming that RB and GH were simulators, especially considering the two games more or less started as 5 button "guitars"

while the drums in this are CLEARLY better, the chart is a little unintuitive compared to rockband and guitar hero, and more expensive to buy a real machine, not to mention the space it takes up

rock band and GH:WT are for rookies.. coz they are not even near to any drum simulator games.. drummania is better.. coz you can apply it to the real thing..

what drums are you using?? it has good rebound.. you also set the scroll speed to 5.0.. cool
