PROTOTYPE 2, a new game in the works at Radical Entertainment and set to launch on April 24, 2012, for PC, Xbox 360 and PS3. As the game's all-new infected protagonist - Sgt. James Heller - players will cut a bloody swath through the wastelands of post-viral New York Zero (NYZ) as they build up a genetic arsenal of deadly biological weapons and abilities, and hunt and consume their way toward the ultimate goal... to kill Alex Mercer.

That might actually happen. In the newest video, you can catch a glimpse of one of the missions. It's Heller, without any powers and in his military uniform, running through the red zone with his trench knife. And the mission objective on the screen says, "Follow Mercer."
