@joncreel It's in a town called Tara, which is famous for these kinds of oysters grilling spots. Just try looking up 多良（Tara) 佐賀県　(Saga prefecture) and 牡蠣焼き　(kaki-yaki; oyster-grilling). If you can't find anything, let me know.
