Being someone who knows all of Prokofiev's piano concerti and sonatas inside out, I can safely say that he is a FANTASTIC piano composer, but I find his symphonic works a tad redundant and lacking in textural development. Not to say it isn't beautiful... it most certainly is, and the theme is simply genius.

I played that in a big orchestra last year, hu that was fun! :) difficult like hell but so much fun, Prokofiev was awesome! :)

What is with you children on YouTube? If you were educated in music, at all, you'd realize that classic music-- not older contemporary music-- is the only reason you have what you listen to now. Go to school or at least read Wikipedia.

I think it's the Ukraine National Symphony Orchestra... I have a record with Kuchar leading and it sounds pretty similar. I'm not sure anyway
