@t900badbot Thanks for the question! There is some truth to the smaller is better logic. Turnips that are no more than three inches in diameter (smaller roots) typically are sweeter and more tender. That's not to say that turnips bigger or smaller in size are better quality, it just depends on what suits your tastes!
