A character study about my favourite Privileged character, Rose Baker. I love her so much. Lucy Kate Hale does a fantastic job playing her, she's so sweet and adorable!

I know I used this song in the past for a Brooke Davis video (on my previous channel, BrookeDsBaby) but that video was taken down last year so I didn't think it was a big deal. I was also dying to vid Rose and while I was thinking of what song to use, this one came to mind almost immediately.
