Its correct. On extremely soft sand you can go below 10 even but forget sharp turns and slide sloping with that pressure and kepp your compressor close beside you.
Liwa is unbeatable for shots in UAE. Try SE from Sweihan also N from Al Ain Airport and of course between the two. Most of the clips were taken in these locations. If you need more details send your email id and I attach the Google Earth waypoints.

This is a very good video but dont you think that sidesloping in the end was a bit dangerous ? Cars can flip very easily.. especially when going uphill, on the sand. Though I know that there's no fun in four wheel driving without a little bit of risk.. But I'd rather tackle the slope straight up.. and come back later in my life and do it again as well:))
Well it was not as dangerous as it may seem but I would surely not recommend that for beginners.
Side sloping may be risky but what you say is correct. It’s all about balancing the risk and enjoyment. If you are well experienced in dune driving and are aware of the limitations of your car in different sand conditions too then only you can venture for some spectacular maneuvering safely.

This video is not about cars pal. It is about the feeling and experience. You know what? Special purpose built cars are best but that is another topic.

Hey joshots1, I mostly head down to Al Khatim or Liwa. Where did you film this? The place looks so awesome.
