It's how they bounce and move. Newer implants are filled with Saline and are more natural feeling and looking. It really comes down to how they are inserted and the quality of the surgeon. Shitty breast implants..you can see a blatant ridge when they are squeezed together or when the arms move. Personally I dont like impants. Still , hers dont look that bad. I am sure you have seen worse.

My brother in law is a plastic surgeon. He's a prick, but he did point out a couple of things on breasts implants. Newer breast implants are more more natural looking and they dont have the hard ridges. Natural bounce is a sure sign that the breasts are in fact natural. And she does has some bounce. Plus some girls are born with their breasts farther apart then the other. Symmetry is an issue to. More investigation is needed lol

In Canada and the US now I believe a Psychological performance test is performed first before any surgery is considered. Plastic Surgery is dangerous. It is NOT a one time affair. You need to have regular touch ups done once every 5 years or so. The more older you get, the more noticeable plastic surgery will be as your skin losing elasticity - even more so in women where the problem is worse- and even worse for drinkers and smokers. If you dont get touch ups, your face will fall apart.
