Irish Rail GM 071 class locomotive 078 hauling a rake of RPSI carriages, passes XS131 just north of milepost 121.25 at Derroon, Ballymote, Co.Sligo, on 6-3-2010 with the ITG railtour returning from Sligo.
The tour was to be the swansong of the GM 141 class but 078 was substituted at very short notice.
Not quite the same ground shaking event as an 071+12 laden bogies of logs at speed!
Class. Those 071s are great at speed

I think I spotted me sticking my head out the window at the back of the leading carriage.
