@StuttgarterHaenger-ok, what's happens afterwards? how do you improve after you proved people wrong? look for more people to motivate you? in my opinion, motivations come from within, not from others. why should we expect others to motivate us when we can't motivate ourselves? for example, academically, how do students get straight A's after straight A's? because they care about their lives. WE should start caring about ourselves and not worry about how others view us.

well if you know about michael jordan in high school, he didn't make it to the varsity team. as a high school kid, you get all this excitement and energy to make it to the varsity team, but jordan didnt make it there. so he got discouraged, but his mother told him to use that "energy" to prove the coach, teammates and other ppl that they are wrong in not putting him to the varsity team.

@wallaceX2jc : in my eyes proving people wrong is the right motivation because i think it will gain you much more confidence . at one point youre right : noone has to dictate our lives but again ; if you prove that they are wrong you will have this fire burning into you giving you the power to do the impossible. and that´s what arenas did and I RESPECT HIM because i´m at the position right now as he was in his days. noone believes in me but this video gave me my confindence and force BACK !!!

I don't think proving people wrong is the right motivation. If you truly care about yourself, you won't need to prove others wrong. Plus, how someone feels towards us shouldn't dictate how we live our lives, especially when it's someone who we don't even know. Maybe those people do have a point, but that just means you have to correct yourself, not to say you're wrong.
