@410MaXiMuS press the "i" information/edit button once and then use the multiselector to select the ISO press OK and then use the multiselector to choose an ISO setting

Hey great video! but im having trouble editing my full HD footage on my laptop. I have 4gb memory a good processor too, any ideas? maybe change software?
