Thank You for this. It was very helpful. I am just starting to do light work and embrace it but I find what holds me back is the fear of the unknown when it comes to Spirit.

To get quiet and not be afraid of receiving the messages or feeling or seeing spirit.

Like when I heard your story of you being attacked when you were asleep, it scared me and I did not want to go to sleep.

Any suggestions for us newbies ?

Oiji boards are not only dangerous they attract nasty spirits that like to cause trouble. I have never used one and will never use one. They also piss the normal good spirits/ghosts off. They don't like them. So if at all possible DO NOT USE THEM!!! They attract the spirits that like to cause trouble in your homes or to yourself.

I am 34 and for the last year I have grown interested in the spiritual things, angels, energies and I find them fascinating. This is the first time, however that I found videos that actually teach you about these things and I am very grateful!
