Part 1: Discussion

Watching this was an interesting insight into how such a discussion might go. I was very pleased to see the decision go the way it did. As I watched and listened, I could see that the legislators were convinced by the eloquently expressed statements, and realized this is something they need to do - even though they were still a little nervous about possible negative consequences.
