  • @livsw2muchpain You've had this for 9 years and haven't done any trigger points. A product that really helps for me is the Ultra Plush Shiatsu Pillow. its by HoMedics. You can get it cheap on amazon, or buy it at bed bath and beyond. Just sit on that thing for a half hour and you'll be pain free.

ps. they break every two months... but it is worth it.

  • FOAM ROLLING over the posterior hip really helps. There are different kinds & brands of foam rollers: Grid, Rumble Roller or various degrees of density plain foam rolls (Google search). Great & easy to use after a workout or sitting at a desk all day.

  • Can this work if I've been in pain for 9 years?

  • real mature guy vv

  • nice job getting paid to feel womens asses yummy lols

  • yes it has - massively. although I think it was the body's natural healing. i saw a chiropactor and a sports therapist - which did help. Just be careful, i still receive a spasm once in a while but once warmed up I can continue with my life - karate, and exercise. Just dont overd i it, strche slowly but never to extrme or pain

  • @jonesgazza Has it subsided? I am interested on your progress as I am 3 months behind you at this point.

  • he is talking about my injury, Mix up "Blue emu" from CVS with Icy hot and rub it in, get on a heat pad, and That is my relief, stretching for me is too excruciating at this point, i can barely walk around. Yet I have to throw on fire gear, my life sucks right now.

  • when i stand - i keep on getting a spasm in my buttocks that is so painful. i also have a tightness in calf muscle any suggestions
