@SAS4 When and more importantly how do you see property values rising in michigan. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but it wont happen again in the next 100 years if ever. Michigan has tried everything from movies tax credits, to subsidies people do not want to move companies there. Its sad as hell but its a fact.

I grew up over there too before it got so bad. But when they do rebuild flint, people are gonna be scrambling trying to buy property there.
