  • oh books are so expense i wish they are all in the library..

  • @bmmartinfan4life My fridge broke, but guess what? I cannot afford to replace it or fix it cause I spend my money on college textbooks > : I

  • some textbooks have not even changed there are students in one of my classes that have older textbooks and compared them to textbooks that are need and are exactly the same thing. those students just found the book lying around at home.

  • I spending 5000 mexican pesos in my books...In histology, molecular biology, and anatomy...Here in UAG medicine.

  • UsedTextbookPrices. com is the best place to compare textbook prices before buying, renting or selling.

  • once i googled chegg.com i stop buying books from the overpriced bookstore at my college idc what explanation they wanna give about WHY the books are so expensive...

but you can rent books at chegg.com w/ free shipping to you & back, also use my offer code CC118223 for an additional 11% off

  • My financial aid didn't cover the cost of everything so I ended up paying $200 dollars but I also attended a community college.

  • capitalism...What a joy for college students.

  • i used this code: CC124233 and i saved 11 % on my order! so cool

  • use promo code CC116574 to get an extra $5 when you sell.

  • I spend 400 dollars on text book a quarter. That's around 1.2k a year... and the resell value is so shitty too.

Buying textbooks is not only painful, but frustrating to see your hard earned money going up in flames.

  • Kids wouldn't try to sell books elsewhere if the books could be sold back at the book store near their purchased price. AYou can buy a textbooks for 300 dollars and only get 80 back. And the students are to blame?

  • America is subsidizing the textbooks of the world, because of "white mans burden." Get smart, buy the international version, or download a PDF.

  • text book companies are evil. I mean if the textbooks are reasonably cheap, a lot of students wouldn't bother looking for used books or International editions.

  • U dont have to bank textbooks.

    Use GOogle.

  • College is an investment. All investments involve RISK. The risk is that your college education may end up being worth next to nothing. It's like buying stock in Citibank. That stock has lost 90% of its value in a year. Or what if you bought Calif. State Bonds. California is facing bankruptcy and it might default on its bonds. LOL

  • naked! I

  • It totally sucks! check out ihavethatbook. com, it allows us to all buy and sell textbooks to each other and compare the leading online bookstores.
