  • What's this son called, however, nice exercises!

  • @hawaiiIivin you dont land in a squat position ,you land with bent knees and then continue to drop into the squat.Also an unstable surface is a terrible way to train leg strength or muscle growth,shape etc,its good for rehab,prehab,thats it.

  • when doing jump squats it's important to land in squat position :) just a tip from trainer 2 trainer!
