Surfers enjoying the NE swell in Praia Vitoria bay, Terceira, Azores.

Terceira island is famous for its perfect waves in Praia da Vitória, Terreiro de S. Mateus and Quatro Ribeiras.

The Azores, were rated 2nd best island destinations by National Geographic Traveller magazine.
