i have a A1150 MBP on OSX 10.6.6 with DJay on 3.1.1 i downloaded the djay remote. When i try to pair or connect it just says "searching for Macs running djay"

I have my program running and it just does this for hours. Any ideas? I have tried using a computer to computer connection as well and no luck.
