maybe the word 'fantastic' is not enough! and yes, they don't receive any support from mass media (nme always humiliate them, for example.. those wankers), but hey, if this is the price to pay for their masterpieces, i'm ready to stand in the margin with them. btw my fav album is meds

@rosalbina188 They're Indie in the sense of being a margin band. Fantastic songs though. Love "my sweet prince".

@thecrossfirecasualty at the beginning of their career, 1995-96, they were outside the britpop trend, so i think they can be classified as 'indie'. (btw, the smiths and the libertines are a bit similar to them, and they are mentioned here!). and the fact they these documentaries ignore them are another proof of them being 'indie', not belonging to any standard category (not pop, not rock, not psychedelia, not grunge, not punk, not glam, but a bit of all this together)
