Stand-up Paddling & Paddle Boarding
Paddle Boarding developed from 'Surfboard Paddling,' a popular activity in the Hawaiian Islands during the early days of surfboard development when all surfboards were 'Longboards.' As a means of cross-training for paddle sports or as a stand alone activity, Paddle Boarding has huge appeal for those seeking simplicity, a means to connect with the ocean - an activity by which to keep fit & active.,

I've been on the paddle board snorkeling/dolphin tour and it is magic. Highly recommended. Jolee makes it personal, safe, fun and leaves lots of room for discovery.
