its obvious that the trash talkers have never even attempted something like this, because those of us that have been down this road know exactly what it took to do this. you guys need to STFU.

Ahh, it's a 3D engine. Okay, that makes perfect sense now.

Step 1: Buy a C or C++ book (or other programming book for that matter).
Step 2: Read the book from cover to cover, doing at least all the odd numbered exercises.
Step 3: Once you can program most of it without having to go back to the book, then you'll want to pick an application programming interface (API) to use. For C/C++, you'll want something like Allegro, SDL, DirectX, OpenGL, etc.
Step 4: Learn the whole API and play with it.
Step 5: Make a basic game, like Pong.

If you're modelling your characters in 3ds max, use biped and search for some nice animations online- there are plenty out there.
I dont think most people understand how hard it actually is to MAKE a game. Considering this person has worked on it for, what I assume as the description says, a week; it's pretty damn good!

@XusDog He can show of whatever he want man. If you want to give critique then at least mention what could be better instead of just saying it sucks. Everyone knows that better stuff can be made with ogre but at least he's trying to implement some basic AI and stuff.
