@RandomDom3297 : The data for the App Shop is zero rated by Orange, so does not cost you anything - purchasing applications obviously does get charged to your balance.

@RandomDom3297 - will not operate through WiFi - this is due to the fact the communication has to go through the Orange Netwok - not just any wifi

@RandomDom3297 - Hi RandomDom - You should contact Orange Support to investigate this - it might be for a number of reasons - do you have an Orange SIM, are you on wifi or mobile network etc
